BB8 offers a logistics service to cover all aspects of delegate management, including acquisition/invitation process, on-line registration and joining communication and instructions.
We can also co-ordinate all your delegate travel needs too, from simple coaching plans to bespoke chartering of rail or air.
We have an experienced team that will also make sure things go smoothly on site, where it matters most.

L&Q PROJECT 2020+ EXPERIENCE
L&Q is a leading residential developer, founded over 50 years ago. It is committed to helping solve the housing crisis and meet its vision to deliver 100,000 new homes.
BB8 was given 7 weeks to take the new company vision and future business plan and engage with over 2,000 L&Q colleagues from across all areas of the business. Our solution was to convert the 5th floor of the L&Q headquarters in London, into a fully functioning presentation and exhibition facility. The story was shared with groups of 40 people experiencing a journey through 5 interactive zones.
Each visitor spent a total of 4 hours at the event and statistics collected during their visit showed a remarkable improvement in engagement from around 30% on arrival to nearly 80% on departure.

ARGOS TRANSFORMATION PROJECT
As part of the recent transformation of Argos from a high street retailer to the UK's leading digital retailer, BB8 worked extensively with the business to deliver a highly effective internal transformation programme which painted a picture of what the future held for the business and its people. This included a spectacular week long experience at the Ricoh Arena for 5,000 colleagues and a rollout programme that travelled the country and involved thousands more.

TUI GROUP
CHRISTMAS PARTY
BB8 were asked to work alongside TUI’s own internal events team to produce the first ‘UK Group’s’ Christmas party. The party was used as part of a rebranding exercise which involved dropping the familiar ‘Thomson Holidays’ name.

The event catered for 1,000 colleagues who were served a buffet featuring a variety of delicious regional bowl food dishes. To ease congestion, the venue was split in half to produce two separate party environments. The party showcased entertainment and acts chosen specifically from around TUI’s many worldwide resorts.
